JGU and especially the Faculty of Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Geography and Geociences offer various projects and programs for students in 5th grade and above who are interested in the natural sciences. For example these projects and programs offer participants the opportunity to get a taste of the subjects in our faculty, to carry out experiments themselves as part of workshops for school classes or during vacation programs, or to learn more about the scientists who work in natural sciences through events and our Instagram channels. In addition to studying the subjects, vocational training is also possible at the faculty.

Faculty 09 offers its students various services and formats to provide them with the best possible support and guidance in their studies and everyday life. In addition to offering support at the start of studies and over the subsequent course of studies in the form of events, advicing or workshops, there are offers for specific situations or target groups, e.g. for planning a study abroad or offers for students.
